Power-driven rake
The power-driven rake has a good effect of crushing soil and does not damage the soil structure and stratification. It has the advantages of good moisture retention effect, high flatness and uniform emergence rate after harrowing, making it the preferred land preparation equipment for many land managers. The power-driven rake is particularly designed for large and hard-to-break soil lumps that appear after deep ploughing. It has a prominent effect; In the preparation of seed beds, the power-driven rake is currently the best working equipment. After operation, it can meet the agronomic requirements such as "level, even, loose, crushed, clean and moist", providing perfect soil conditions for seed germination.
The Dangkang series of power-driven rakes is specially designed by Shandong Dangkang Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. for domestic soil conditions. It features a reasonable structure, high reliability, quick tool change, and overload protection. It is an essential guarantee for customers who require high and stable yields on fertile land.
The main differences between the Dangkang power-driven rake and the ordinary rotary tiller:
1. It has a strong ability to break soil. For hard soil lumps formed after deep ploughing with a large plough, a common rotary tiller often needs to be ploughed twice but still cannot form a good seed bed, and even needs to be ploughed three times before it can barely sow crops such as wheat. At this point, a single round of harrowing driven by power can create favorable sowing conditions, saving time, effort and money.
2. The land leveling effect is excellent. The power rake has a reinforced soil leveling board, especially for the soil gullies formed after deep ploughing, it has an extraordinary effect. The leveled land is as smooth as a mirror, without any gullies or ridges. After the rotary tiller operates, the land is prone to form a wavy shape, and it is powerless against the soil moisture ditches left after deep ploughing with large plows.
3. It has a good compaction effect. The driving rake is equipped with a very heavy compaction roller. After operation, the soil layer will form a solid top and a hollow bottom effect, which can retain water and moisture and prevent air leakage. After the rotary tiller operates, a floating soil layer of about 10 centimeters will form. This is not conducive to the emergence of crops such as wheat after sowing. From the perspective of moisture retention, it is also too poor. It is very easy to form a dry soil layer under the action of wind, further intensifying the drought.
4. Keep the soil structure stratified. After deep ploughing, the straw has already been pressed into the soil. The horizontal rotating structure and knive-shaped feature of the power rake make it difficult to turn the straw upwards, which is more conducive to the decomposition of the straw.
5. It has high overall reliability, is not prone to grass entanglement or knife breakage, supports continuous high-intensity long-term operation, reduces the frequent daily cleaning and knife changing time, and lessens the labor intensity.
